A Canada Post job action began on May 23, 2025. If you're a NHRIPP member or contributing employer, here's how to continue receiving the best possible service during that time.

Retiring or terminating members: Pension application packages are available through My InSite and the NHRIPP mobile app. You can also upload completed pension documents using either platform. (Note: Original documents may be required in some cases.)

Pensioners: If you currently receive your pension by cheque, mail delays will occur. To avoid disruption, consider switching to direct deposit:
Upload a photo of a VOID cheque or pre-authorized deposit form from your bank.
Go to My InSite or the mobile app > My Documents > Upload > select Direct Deposit.
Note: Direct deposit is available only for Canadian bank accounts.

Employers: Please continue submitting employee data and pension reports via the e-Site employer portal.
Need to set up your account? Email accounting@nhripp.ca or call 905-367-7001.
Submitting payments? Use electronic funds transfer (EFT). Contact us for banking details.

Haven’t set up your My InSite account?
Visit Member Sign In and click Set Up Account. You’ll need your member ID number that appears on most NHRIPP communications.   

Don’t have the mobile app?
Download it from the App Store or Google Play. Search for NHRIPP, then click Set Up Account.
